Scott Oliver Hall, who was known in and out of the ring by his stage name Razor Ramon, was definitely one of the most interesting characters of WWE. He is, of course, retired now (he should be, at 61 years old), but one will have an impossible time minimizing the man’s impact on the sport.
He was a popular villain, and he always had that signature toothpick whirling about in his mouth which he also often took and flicked onto anyone who pissed him in the hallway. The man was, to a huge degree, hilarious, in no small part because of his waxed hair and ridiculous personality.
